Coaching in LCS

Currently coaches seem more like life coaches, then actual coaches. I have an idea to make coaches more valuable, in the LCS, then they are currently. The idea is; have the coaches stay on the stage, with their teams and by doing that, they can do similar, to what the major sports coaches do. They can help from, stop the team or player from tilting, to help shot-calling in game, this will make having a good coach valuable, since now, the coach has to have, that strategy aspect. Also this will give you, the coach vs coach aspect now. Which will make the LCS games and international games, more fun to watch. You can have the coach, (with a headset on of course lol) walking behind their team, watching their players screens or have them sitting behind their team, with a tablet watching their team. That is my idea any way, on how to improve the need for a coach.

I think the biggest problem is more so that seeing what coaches actually do is very difficult and can easily go unnoticed. I think the main argument against having the coach on stage directing the team is that it devalues the players and adds a sixth player to do something players would normally have to do themselves. I wouldn't mind maybe giving the coaches some kind of strategic pause they could use (with conditions on when they're allowed to use it, so they're not using it in the middle of a team fight or something) so they could settle players down, refocus them, etc.
