How do you choose what city hosts an event like worlds, lcs championship, msi and all stars?

I am curious how you decide where to host the events. I do have a suggestion on a city to add to your list, Indianapolis. It has the ideal layout to host an a event, you have three venues to choose from, bankers life field house, Lucas oil stadium and the Murat theater. As well as a large convention center to use for any league events. Everything from the hotels, stadiums, restaurants, parking and shops are all close by and in walking distance or connected by sky-walk. The NFL loved having the Superbowl in Indianapolis and the city has become, a baseline for how a city should have for a Superbowl.
