How do professional players like Sneaky and Bjergsen get Korean Account without any difficulties?

I heard that I have to have a Korean phone in order to get a Korean Account, but I don't have one.

Well ... you see ... They are pro players who travel around the world ... and when you go to Korea, i'm pretty sure they ask you for your ID To prove your age and then they give you a korean age ID Which then you use to create your Korean League of Legends account ... If you want your client in Korean just change the locale to ko_kr

yeah, I know some Korean friend and they said you're require to have a Korean ID to play in KR server

because Korea doesn't want American to be playing in their region because they believe it will fuck their region up by having real bad scrubs Unless you're Diamond+

The closest any of us who want to play with Koreans can get to playing with them is by playing on the Japan server and changing the Locale to ko_kr and that's about as close as anyone who doesn't live in Korea can get.
