How do professional players like Sneaky and Bjergsen get Korean Account without any difficulties?

I heard that I have to have a Korean phone in order to get a Korean Account, but I don't have one.

Well ... you see ... They are pro players who travel around the world ... and when you go to Korea, i'm pretty sure they ask you for your ID To prove your age and then they give you a korean age ID Which then you use to create your Korean League of Legends account ... If you want your client in Korean just change the locale to ko_kr

in order to get a Korean account you need a Korean ISP, pro players can only play on the korean server while in korea
