There should be another tournament like Worlds.

I think there should be another tournament like Worlds....where; -- teams didnt qualify during lcs -- teams that lost during play-ins -- teams from weaker regions -- and teams that lost during groups stages of worlds....would all be.... If u watch football (soccer) ... this would be like uefa europa league... This tournament wouldn't be as good as worlds but it would offer chance to weaker/unlucky teams to win something.
