Isn't KSV out of playoffs?

I also throught SKT was out and that everyone was shocked about it. Dont really get LCK atm.

Technically, the casters stated they were out...but that was if ROX had won their series vs Jin Air as expected.

Due to that, ROX is only at their fault. To explain it for you and TimeThief:

On the final week, the three teams were relatively close. Tiebreakers were to play a part and are determined as follows:

1. The Game Score (W/L record against the entire league). If that's tied we go to:

2. H2H Score (W/L record by game against the tied team). If both of those result in ties, the tiebreaker match occurs.

All 3 teams came out of the week with a 9-9 record. But since SKT held the better Game Score against ROX by 1 point and regardless held the H2H against both of them, they were granted 4th place.

TL:DR for ROX and KSV - ROX had the worse Game Score so KSV took the spot

Had ROX and KSV both won their series vs KZ and JAG, SKT was out due to not being able to catch either of them by Match Score (10-8 to 9-9). The reason KSV is in over ROX however is from their one win in the match vs KZ. Coming into that day, KSV was ahead of ROX by 1 point in Game Score which meant that ROX would have needed to win one more game than KSV in order to take the spot due to the H2H. This meant winning the series vs JAG...which they did not. If KSV went 0-2 vs KZ, ROX just needed one win vs JAG; it wouldn't have mattered if they won the series.

Well, KSV is out now.
