Last year roaming split pushers like quinn were used alot but this year not at all, what reasons behind this ?

She was busted to the point that even though she is a liability to a team comp it did not matter. She is not that busted currently.

Top lane tanks seem to be on the rise so split pushers like Quinn aren't as good. Most junglers go for either Kha'Zix or Graves and tank supports aren't really a priority, in most games, the team with a tanky frontline wins and champs like Quinn don't provide that.

Give quinn more base armor then like graves, make her tanky would give her viability?

Graves gets to be yanked because to deal good damage he has to be in melee range. Quinn can deal damage from range. Plus she is a very strong pick, just not in the meta. If teams start playing tank jungles and support again( like that last time Quinn too was seen) then she could be seen again(possible but not Garenteed).

In all honesty, people like to play with tanks top in the lcs because that is the only role they are still viable in. The carries seen top are gangplank one on the hardest scaling champions in the game with aoe burst damage and global ulti,rumble with aoe damage that has long range and can give magic damage to leathality teams, Kled a couple times because of team speed up for engages plus hard scaling. Jayce was seen top, but was moved mid becuase he does not have team fight utility. Overall all top laners in the meta are amazing at team fighting, having large aoe, often global presence, with amazing scaling. Lethality Quinn does not have great scaling( good, but compaired to gp, tree etc), little aoe( weak in team fight), ad damage( not tanks like poppy or with insane percent armor pen like gp) so makes armor more valuable for the team, not a tank, and no global effect. So Quinn does not fit what is the current use for top lane in the meta.

Why not to avoid opness, nerf her lethality damage and add bonus armor, make her tanky like graves so she can teamfight safely and dive without dying.

Assassin...

She used to be good when there weren't many burst champions. This season, burst is basically in every kit

If you are not part of a the burst champions, you have to be part of the far back line like Varus, or Jhin

Quinn is more of a split push, get in your face adc. It does not work now in pro. I imagine, taking her mid lane would be crazy scary. You would get tower dove by a Naut, mao, or Rene, who even at lvl 6 can take 4-6 shots easily. A zed, talon, kha, lee, or Rengar would easily burst her because she can kill a tank
