Last year roaming split pushers like quinn were used alot but this year not at all, what reasons behind this ?

She was busted to the point that even though she is a liability to a team comp it did not matter. She is not that busted currently.

She used to be good when there weren't many burst champions. This season, burst is basically in every kit
If you are not part of a the burst champions, you have to be part of the far back line like Varus, or Jhin
Quinn is more of a split push, get in your face adc. It does not work now in pro. I imagine, taking her mid lane would be crazy scary. You would get tower dove by a Naut, mao, or Rene, who even at lvl 6 can take 4-6 shots easily. A zed, talon, kha, lee, or Rengar would easily burst her because she can kill a tank
