Worlds Metrics - Who Is Best Statistically

I created metric to measure offensive efficiency, survival efficiency, vision efficiency, and jungle efficiency. Then using these metrics I created a League Power Index based on the results, winning percentages, opponents faced, and other factors. They are somewhat rudimentary as the only data I could collect was what is public match history. This means that the LPL has no data. I hope you enjoy the write up and graphs.
