Let Me Gift People On Boards

I don't get to play this game near as much as I would like now that I am an old man with a job, wife, etc but I do take time to read the boards about once or twice a week during my lunch time. Some things really make me laugh or are intriguing and I would like to be able to drop a mystery skin or something of the sort for the persons effort/attitude/sense of humor. Could we make this a thing?
