That's not correct NA didn't broadcast Challenger Series before, and they said they were planning to air a part of the Academy League games, so they will use their casters in excess to broadcast Academy + more frequent special broadcast content like lane focused match-up streams EU broadcast team was not that big to begin with and the most famous casters (for example Deficio) said didn't have enough time (as well as a severe lack of resources, but that was due to Riot HQ favouring heavily NA over EU) to produce extra content
The current caster roster is going to be fine. The problem is that it will be more difficult for new talent like Drakos or CapitanFlowers or Medic to emerge as there will be less opportunities for them to do it so, especially the ones that were going through CSQ and CS casting
