[Gameplay] Ping Bug: Can't Ping While Recalling

You can't ping while recalling. It's kind of annoying and more just a QoL fix that you guys might consider. It's especially bothersome when you click a ping button on accident and are already B'ing, so now you cant click around the map at all while you wait to B.
