Just a thought about team skins. Just wondering how do champs get selected for skins? For example, how would Quinn get a esports skt skin similar looking to what Kalista got? Would she have to be played in finals or what?

If I remember correctly, the skins team interviewed SKT to see which champs they wanted a skin for, though I may me wrong.
