SKT Teemo Kkoma skin?

SKT has (so far) won worlds 3 times now. If they win again, I really feel that their coach, Kkoma, should be given a team skin, since he's been with the team all this time. Now, is there any chance of SKTeemo happening this year, should SKT win? I remember Rito dorito saying that they'd consider a skin for Kkoma if they won again, but I can't find the source.
