Why is Worlds held so "late" (for some people)

Ive seen many people complain about "Omg i want to watch worlds but its at 1 am, riot thats so dumb".

Let me explain this, this year worlds is held in China. In china it will be around 2-3pm when worlds is held.
So its more convenient for worlds to be at that time, why the heck would china change there whole schedule to accommodate the other side of the worlds need. Like guys its just common sense... stop living in you bubble.

I finally have a reason to wake up early.

I am from central Europe so it is 7 am for me. It is kinda exciting. Didnt have to time my alarm since I finished school 2 months back.

This is actually bullshit. If they held the event in the evening over there instead of the fucking afternoon, more people might actually be able to see the event without having to be up at obscene hours

They run a full re run at a better time for us here in NA. I watched the Rerun of the first round. When it is running, the link is on the main page so you don't have to access the page that tells you who won like you do to get to a vod. Also it gets posted on You tube.

If people are complaining about this then they need to stay in school and learn about time-zones.

i hear ya. in EU its: either watch it at 10:30 AM on a WORKDAY, or watch the rerun at 10pm-4am ON A WORKDAY. i know timezones cant be changed, but at least they could have the rerun start earlier or something like that. starting it at 10pm is completely unreasonable. or make it a video you can play (play-back), and have it start around 6pm, so people who come later can still watch it from the beginning. feels like they just totally forgot about europe. but what else is new.
