Isn't that why Soraka has been maxing E in solo queue?

She feels a lot better with a fully aggressive build right now to me (item 3092 item 3174 item 3504 item 3905 item 3173 item 3382 being a full build for me nowadays), which is a real feelsbadman imo. leaving 3 points in W and then maxing E and Q from there seems... a lot different from what you'd expect from a Raka, but in my games as her it's felt necessary to do well.

Soraka is capable of safe aggression. Playing healbot in a true competitive setting almost welcomes a demeanor of uselessness due to snap actions by the enemy team playing consciously rather than anonymously

First of all, it was a rush triple E Raka rather than a heal bot build. Secondly, Raka did everything she could that game. The real problem was Sion got dumpstered by Aatrox, Vayne was still scaling when the game ended, and Gragas was 2 levels down to the skarner most of the game. Oh and a low range Vayne into a Vel Koz bot isn't so hot a choice. And just for good measure,Vel Koz had a kench with him.

Not even remotely Raka's fault.

My biggest complaint was the draft. They drafted Raka early,. Why pick it early when you can get it any time you want? Why draft a lousy wave clear ADC into Vel Koz? Or did they, despite everyone in the place knowing where it was going, not know it was going bot?

Soraka does well against poke, not burst or sustained damage. Its pretty much working as intended.
