Dandy is a Top Laner Now?

I was hoping to pick the Season 3 + 5 LoL World Champs for LCK vs Season 4 LoL World Champs for LPL. Then I saw Dandy as a Top laner. Not a bad position for him, but that means no Season 3 + 5 Champs vs Season 4 Champs :(

Edit: Screw it, I'm going to just pick people who smiles well for LPL's All-Star line-up. Don't want to see anymore Season 4 Star Horn Royal Club BS where it seemed like Uzi was being picked on.
