Do You Consider This To Be Toxic?

Note, in season 6, I tried not to play for KDA and I ended the season in Gold V with a KDA less than 6 which was worst than where I ended in season 5 at Gold 1 with a KDA over 7.0. Now in season 7, I started the season trying to win every game disregarding my KDA at first until I was dumped into Silver. When I realized my ADCs were usually shit, I swapped back to the play style I used back in season 5. Mathematically, that style makes a lot of sense - give as little gold to the enemy team as possible while securing as much gold as possible for your team overall. In actuality, I've gotten a lot of ingame hate for it.

So that leads me to this discussion. Do you consider trying to not get killed in game for risky calls you know have a good chance of ending badly to be toxic?

i mean it seems that ur actual kd is just hovering below 2 so i dont get why youd think thats toxic. Now if you kd was 10 by itself that might be toxic

I know that I try to avoid dying as much as possible, because my teammates are likely potatoes that literally cannot be relied upon to do a single thing.

Basically, if I die, it's instant gg.

Playing just for kda isn't a good idea but there is nothing wrong with not going with risky plays that have a good chance of failure. Even if you are being overly passive it certainly isn't toxic
