Potential Idea?
What if Riot implemented a hall of fame? Every year before worlds like one day before, 1 or 2 players that are retired from each region is inducted into the HOF. I thought it would be a cool idea.

It would get dry, in a few short years. What makes a HOF'er, Do players have to already be retired. Let's do say 1-2 players are inducted, it could take like 5 years for a Western Player be in the Hall because of the Korean players are pretty much better than most Western Players.
Basically it's a nice idea but at the same time it would be like the TNA Wrestling HOF where you look at the wrestlers(League Players) and go well slim pickings because of how obvious some of the choices are between the rest of the talent in the scene.
Some from say NA gets inducted for example Doublelift before say Imp, Bang, Piglet, the community and pretty much players etc would say " So winning the most prestigious Championship(Worlds) doesn't matter? Again, it would just be something that the Koreans would dominate in, which there isn't already a shortage of that already is there? Faker, Dandy, Mata, Dade, Looper, WeiXiao, Imp, Piglet, Clearlove, Deft, Gorilla, Namei are just a few names that should/most likely will be called up before the likes of say Alex Ich, Diamondprox, Froggen, Bjergsen, D-Lift etc etc etc It would just be a more scrutinized award oppose to a rewarding award in the end.
