Riot just sent me this but how do I if there is no way to report this ingame? Riot please help.

If you believe someone is participating in MMR Boosting, please use the in-game report feature, under the "Cheating" category. The report will then be reviewed by the automated systems and/or with a manual review.

You can also submit a report ticket about them at the top of the page.
