Why is CLG focusing the tank?

Sion or Maokai I thought would be a good choice, Probably Maokai is the better option. Morgana carried hard because so many players just walked into bindings or had poor positioning. Not to mention jinx has such great range, its hard for anyone to get to her and with her chompers(E) its just makes it easy for Morgana to predict where the enemy is going to be to land a bind.

I literally face palmed when Zion picked Ekko into Malphite. That is so dumb. Even if you go AP Ekko, doesn't matter. Malphite is so damn tanky, you need to pick a tank against that.

I'm honestly not sure what tank I'd choose at top against Malphite, maybe Sion for that case. Ekko is pretty squishy, so to be binded by a Leblanc, or Morgana is devastating.

That game couldn't have went any better for that (steak)Malphite. The dude was so tanky he could zone out the entire CLG team while Steaks team did baron.
