so i have a very good reasoning for this, you could argue that anyone on lcs is an elo booster based on the fact that they have smurfs that they purposefully make lower elo so they can rank up which means they are pratically giving there whole team a free win, so why are they doing this to impulse midlaner? isnt that kinda comparing murder to manslaughter?

I think I read somewhere that this would NOT be ok.
ELO boosting involves account sharing.. which is NEVER ok. This one is easy.
Duo q smurfing is a lot more subtle. I remember reading something from Riot about it but cant seem to find it. Here is a reddit post:

LaceUp231 votesI can mute a toxic player. Simple. There is no "mute" equivalent for that silver 4's teammates that have to lose a game because some fuck head elo boosted him to a league he has no business playing in.

With that said, be broke the tos and he is a big role model across multiple continents. A strong ban is a must to ensure he doesn't try this crap again.
