How do you get in to LoL esports?

Is there a school? Training site? Are the schools only in Asia? Do you just play until someone invites you? Is there an age limit? (I don't see anyone in the pro tournaments older than college age.) Are you wasting your time if you're over 40? How long do you have to play to get in? A year? Two years? Do you have to know someone to even be considered? Do you have to pay your own way? Who could I talk to to get more information?

You have to be Challenger to be even be notice by Team or at least play in some Challenger/Diamond scene

You can't just play for years and think to yourself you will make it into the LCS or whatever you're thinking of Unless you like a god player and perform super well age wouldn't matter if you can win

I don't know how to get that good. I'm no "god player."

You get really good and get in Challenger or you play on a team that gets to the top of Ranked 5s. That's how you get noticed.

Specifically for your questions... No No No No Probably, but there's always a chance It could be any amount of time No No You could try asking a player/coach/former player in an AMA of theirs, but they'll probably say the same thing I did.

Generally, if you wanna be in the LCS you gotta be challenger, and try and get picked up by a team by signing up or doing tryouts. You don't need to be a long time player if you think you're ready and make the decision to go pro. Just go for it.

One last question: what is challenger level? I don't see that rank in the UI.
