Is it Possible to Watch the Streams from the CIS region?

Watching the Wildcard Tournament and All-Star tourney, I fell in love with a guy name Kira. He is, of course, from the CIS region that just recently caught the eye of Riot and enough so to give them their own recognized league. My question is "is there a way to view their schedules and watch their streams?" I really want to buy a Hard Random icon and support Kira and his team the whole way through, I just need this info!
