LCK in Season 8, Peanut goes to Longzhu, Huni Leaves SKT

SK Telecom Team 1 had large roster changes as Huni and Peanut leave. While Huni was never a solo threat when not aided and needs some setup to snowball, Peanut was one of the most aggressive Junglers in the game when he was in ROX, is one of the junglers with the greatest baron steal records (both while winning and while losing), and is capable of playing carries extremely well, with the only downfall being that he can't play tanks well. Season 8 offers the new Runes and Masteries, with a majority of them being either burst, high damage or utility, which means tank busting (so no tank meta) and carry junglers (Lee sin, Nidalee, Ezreal, Xin zhao)

While Huni's next destination is unconfirmed, Peanut will be moving to LongZhu Gaming, the tournament favourites of Worlds 2017, Season 7's summer split champions and one of the teams that I personally think previously had a bad jungler. (Anyone remember any plays from Cuzz? not me)

With the meta shifting into champions with high damage, Khan will again be one of the best top laners, Peanut will further increase the strength of LongZhu's early game, and the bot lane duo PraY and Gorilla are almost as strong as Samsung Galaxy's Ruler and CoreJJ. Cuvee is not as good as Khan in a carry meta, and both Crown and Bdd aren't amazing. It will be Samsung vs LongZhu, and for the first time in a while SKT is history.

Players to look out for: Top: Khan Jungle: Ambition, Peanut Mid: Faker (ofc), Bdd, Crown ADC: Ruler Support: CoreJJ

LongZhu < Samsung < SKT (Unless they bring in new members, which would ruin this post)

Horrible grammar/punctuation incoming from me! I don't think Khan will be much of a threat as he was last year and my reasons are short, 1.) He now has a target on his back and 2.) while he made crazy plays/outplays etc they were really good and huge outplays because he barely escaped and lived through most of the LZ performances and I doubt he will be the same escape artist as he was later down the road, now with every team scouting him. LZ is pretty much Rox Tigers 2.0 or really 3.0(Koo) and while the roster is stacked and did win LCK twice(Rox/LZ) it wasn't enough to get them over SKT. IDK the reason or who dumped whom Peanut or SKT but there's why he's off SKT is because of his style. The reason why Peanut had to steal so many barons and objectives off the field is that he had put his team in those situations, with his farm in jungle 24/7 with no to little interaction with his laners and if you play on SKT you need to be GREAT and camp for Faker and Peanut didn't really do that and that's why SKT had to bring in Beg... Blank.

Sources say Huni will be signing with Echo Fox to fill the roster of(Huni, Dardoch, Fenix, Altec and Adrian)

I think you're wrong for the bot lane. Just look at PraY and GorillA, they are damn legends of bot lane at this point. I'd agree that CoreJJ is among the best, I just do not believe he takes the cake, same with Crown on mid and especially Ruler. Also, those 3 teams are top of LCK for now certainly, but next season, I think 2nd place will be SKT over Samsung.
