Ideas for season 4

With the lack of international competition short of like 1 tournament other than worlds in season 3, I think that Riot should look into more international events so that each region has more experience facing off against one another. Like hold one ever few months. It doesn't even have to be every region in each event like one could hold NA, EU, SEA. Then another down the road with a different group participating. Just something so that each region knows what the others are up to and see how they stand during the season.
