Wheres our "time out" button??

I was watching the MYM vs SK game for the LCS and saw one of the players disconnect..LOL.. Instant time out button was pushed ofc. Why doesn't the general public get something like this? Riot will take care of the pros and their server problems but not the people the really make their money off of. cough east servers suck

This is reserved for tournament draft only and is available to both teams (i.e. either team can pause and unpause, even is they weren't the one to pause). It isn't available to the public for obviously immense trolling capacity. It's a chatbox command of /pause

Note: tournament draft is available to everyone via custom games
