I would prefer to see more assassins. Akali, Fiddle, Eve, Shaco (yes it might be fun), Poppy (MakNoon did this to me!), Talon.
I want to see a Timbo get played in the LCS. And win.
As a main of her, I'd love to see 
. The only problem with her is her AA animation at low attack speeds, the unreliability of her passive/E and the (imo) incorrect width on her Q. Other than that, she's a great pick, all around who I think is capable of some great LCS plays.
i think half of those have been picked already. reksai and azir ive seen. veigar got played in Korea as support as well. sej wont be picked until the current jungler pool expands. morde is generally just bad. id like to see Viktor, ive heard hes pretty good against Azir who is being contested more often now.
IDK... how about the 100 of the 130 whatever champions who are AFK in LCS?......

I personally don't know why isn't seen more often. With the way that some teams focus on hard engage and strong team fighting, she seems an obvious choice. would be freaking great too. My prediction though is that we will see more
