I don't think you quite understand. The game being boring does not make it a bad game. There is a lot more to the game than flashy teamfights and outplays. Not to say that those things don't matter, but gold leads, objective pressure, and rotations can in many ways outshine solo player skill. This was demonstrated very effectively by CLG in this game. As for NA getting trashed at worlds, I'd agree that they won't win, but Gravity is looking very strong and I'd say can be a contender for the Korean and Chinese powerhouse teams.

I actually understand very well that the rotations, pressure, and other macro shit doesn't mean it's a bad game. But it is with out a doubt a boring match. Regardless of the macro involved. What makes games good, is back and forth. Not just pushing. The biggest reason THE ENTIRE WORLD doesn't like NA's playstyle, is because it is too safe. Too boring. Too slow. And, when we hit the stage, we'll get aggressed on, and get dumpstered. Why? Because like one team plays aggressively. So we don't get to practice against it. But we don't know how to do it either.

As far as Gravity, yeah, they might be able to get a bit down the bracket. But they are not a conventional team. They do unorthodox shit. That will only get them but so far.

How does it feel to be so delusional? Gravity's playstyle doesn't even work on NA 100% of the time. Sorry, but Korean teams actually know what it means to play strategically (unlike NA, even though fanboys are certain they see great strategic plays from NA scene) and Chinese teams thrive in chaos and fast paced games. And team that is weak strategically, makes lots of mistakes and can't capitalize on mistakes their enemies make, and also is playing a reeeealy slow game (aka Gravity and basically the entire NA LCS - oh I miss C9) is going to get destroyed under 25 minutes.

Yeah... no. Ranked (especially low elo ranked) + community =/= to pro teams and their scrims. It's the lack of proper shotcallers and coaches that's going to be the reason.
