Someone explain the World Group Stage to me
So, I'm not completely dumb, I understand how it works. But, what do the number one seeds get? It says they are in a "protected pool" but I have no clue what that means. Does anyone else know?

Yes, so basically it means that the first seed from any region will not have to play the first seeds from other regions. However, since there are 5 first place seeds and 4 groups, there is one exception to this rule and that is SEA. I would assume this is because SEA placed in last at last All-stars, but I am not sure. Hope this helps. :)
