I guess SKT found the definition of "LOSING" - New Skins 2018 SSG

Won too many time they forgot how it felt to lose, especially Faker, but he got a good reason to be upset. He was the only one on the team really doing his best to win but his team mate were doing consistently bad both in Semis and Finals.

They loss as a team you say? Yeah yeah but Individual performance is still what people are still looking for. SKT bot lane didn't do so well, Huni? Well they love having him split push too much, every game SKT play is like 4v5 without Huni. The only time Huni appear with the rest of the group is when the Nexus explode.

He appear when SKT won and also when they loss.

Overall I think SKT loss because they think Longzhu style of split pushing top was the best since they got smack by them.

Honestly speaking, I think SKT couldn't play any differently, and not because Huni cannot play tanks, but because Bang was so extremely underperforming. The whole worlds Meta was build around the ADC, but how does a team with an underperforming ADC win games? By playing macro and trying to avoid fights. That's what Huni was doing; playing the macro game with his split pushing.

Sure he could have grouped up more, and trying to help out his team a bit more, but I doubt that it would have changed the outcome; Bang would still underperform, with weird flash plays, being out of position, or just doing no-damage at all.

Just look at the group stages where Huni was playing tanks; SKT was extremely struggling in a lot of games against very weak opponents, as their bottom lane just straight up lost (almost) every laning phase. They needed miraculous come-backs to even win most games.

Besides the coach has the final word in their strategy; he chose for this strategy, and I would argue for exactly the reason I described above.

Macro? You think having a split pusher is a good Macro especially when they're losing across the other side of the MAP?

You obviously don't know what Macro is if you think Huni was making good Macro when the enemy team just fuck his whole team on the other side of the Map and got more out of it

In SKT current state? Yes, Huni's macro playstyle was fine. He had to; what could he have done with his team, when their main carry was pretty much non-existent. Group up and die as five, or try to trade objectives.

I will agree that he pushed the splitpushing to far in some cases, but in most other cases him split pushing was the sole reason that the gold difference was just a couple K and not 10k.

And if you really think Huni was the problem for SKT, then you were clearly watching other games then me. He was the second best player in SKT by a fair margin. He lost his lane just a couple times when he got counterpicked, but more often then not was ahead. Yes his team fighting presence was fairly low for a Top, but come on if you really think he could have made a difference in most fights, you are delusional. He would just die with the rest of the team, as the main carry Bang wasn't performing.

Oh I watch all the SKT games, but clearly from your knowledge of the game I'm guess you don't even know half of what you're even talking about LMAO

I'm not going to explain things that will be to hard for a Bronze like you that won't understand about Macro. Or just how to the game work in general.

Hey, can we get a SPOILER warning on WORLDS stuff please? I would hate for someone to come across the outcome this way.
