Sven maybe. Zven no. He was actually kinda that bad when it came to the team dynamic.

TSMs recent pattern seems to be taking good players and making them trash.

Not necessarily. I think it's more of a difference of team cultures and atmospheres. From my understanding (and I could be wrong here) TSM seems to be more serious, stern and strict while C9 is a little more laid-back and relaxed. That's not to say C9 isn't serious as they are, but I think the differing atmosphere and culture (and maybe possible a bit of the honeymoon phase as well) has something to do with it. I think that's part of the reason why former TSM players tend to have more success on C9 than they did on TSM.

Not really.
Many players that left TSM for another team actually became better and/or were better before joining TSM.

The biggest problem is constantly around Bjergsen and being the biggest V on the team and always has been. I personally couldn't believe it when I saw Bjergsen on Ornn engaging and actaully being useful.
And that's always been the thing hasn't it? Give Bjergsen all the ganks pre 40 min and everyone else are just wards, right? At around the 40 min mark each and every split, each and every game he'll be somewhat useful. He doesn't exactly roam and even when he does roam it's too late compared to when his teammates actually need him.
