Whats sad, was that felt like the championship game......sadly I feel if its h2k or ssw, Skt will hold the cup and I feel it will be a 3-0 sweep

SKT is setting up a dynasty already. This Semi-finals was the best pro league of legends probably ever. Those were hell of games. What is truly sad that ROX is breaking up and there will most likely never be another rematch.

ROX actually isn't breaking up, they're contracts end soon but that doesn't necessarily mean they'll break up. The article claiming they're breaking up was pure speculation.

I mean, I would say the same as you, but SKT are just the superior team. Faker even admitted he thinks NA teams are better than they showed at worlds. Although cliche, next year we will get em. But until then, SKT is just the better team and you can't be mad about it.

In the end, the strongest team wins, and so far in worlds history the strongest teams are Korean, there is nothing said about the best teams winning, even if they aren't your favorite team or a team you support. You don't have to like how the best teams consistently win but thats nothing to whine about.

There was no weaker team. Looking back tiny things like how close someone was standing that were decided by pixels changed the match. SKT won and deserved to win, but ROX were just as talented mechanically and macro-wise.

no it is sad, for ROX deserved that win, they played something off the chain and fucked over skt with supoort MissFortune + Ashe , it just shows how stupid worlds is sometimes, just by seeing the games that rox won, it made watching lcs fun again, so many cool and funny things happened, and the emotion that rox ACTUALLY FUCKING SHOWS, faker cracks neck and wolf looking like he is gunna fall asleep any second...

I just want to know how much the lcs is gunna tank in views now, because we all know now skt will probably win now, it is a long shot and an upset can happen, but skt theoretically is going to fucking win again. and so many people including myself and friends I play with are done with lcs, the fun is gone, and anytime something new comes around, they have it stomped into the ground.

Why does it show how stupid worlds are? They didn't pick MF and Ashe just for going yolo mode. They hard countered Zyra, which is a really strong support actually. They just played a bot lane that is able to render Zyra absolutely useless, since she wasn't able to get close to poke, got a lot of poke herself and died because she lacks mobility to dodge the Ashe ult and the Incoming MF ult.

But SKT was able to adapt to this unconventional strategy and so they clearly deserved to win these matches... Sry, but it is just like that. Yes, it was unconventional and actually fun to watch. But that doesn't mean they deserved to win.

"anytime something new comes around, they have it stomped into the ground" Pointing that out has no sense. They don't deserve to win just because they are playing something uncommon. The team, which is playing better, deserves to win. And if they are playing better than anyone else by using common team compositions and strategies, they still deserved to win.

You are missing the point of the original post. Not complaining about SKT beating ROX, jusf sad to see SKT yet again, winning worlds. Soon worlds will be "how many stomps does SKT gave before winning worlds? 3?5? All of them?" And then their will be no diversity.

I have always loved SKT because they were fun to watch, but this year they are the most boring team possible. They play every game systematically and step by step, no excitiment, just rotations and stuff. Even worse tham SSG season 4 honestly. At least last year we had Marin going crazy but this year its totally by the book play... so sad ROX couldnt make it, but they fucked themselves in the draft as usual.

While it would be nice to get another team winning, it's honestly really hard for me to not root for SKT, they just play the game so well that it's hard to not admire how they're able to be consistently incredible every year.

That series yesterday just shows how far behind the other regions are. It was about as close to perfect play from both sides as you can expect to see.

The worst part is that now Riot pays teams a portion of skin revenue and SKT is set to have over half of all esports skins in the game. After this they are going to become even more of a juggernaut due to permanent financial advantage no other teams can come close to matching. I could be wrong though and overestimating the esports skins profits
