Worlds Pick 'Em Icons?

So I've tried completing the Worlds Pick'Em brackets about 5-10 times now (each time slightly changing my answer and then re-arranging it or something to this extent) and I've re-logged into League after each change, but I still don't have the first participation icon. Is anyone else having this problem, or do you at least have a solution to it? I just want a cute poro icon.

It usually takes a while before they start handing those out. They might not do it until the first rounds are complete.

I think they said they would be delivered in october or something
