Everytime I see a corki build.....

I'm just like WTF? item 3031 item 3094 item 3135 item 3078 item 3020

[zombie-brand-mindblown]

Allow me to edit: I can understand the Sorcerer's to maximize the early magic damage corki brings. I know triforce is a necessity. But corki never has really seemed like a crit champ to me and void staff seems like a waste. Granted I don't play Corki to much, but that build really didn't make sense to me.

It makes perfect sense if you know Corki's scalings and damage well.

because he deals 80%magical dmg with that build.

It's a build to maximize his poke damage.

The reason behind triforce should be obvious to anyone familiar with Corki, but on the off chance you aren't: Corki is a spellcasting ADC with a short CD poke ultimate, allowing him to maximize effect from Triforce.

RFC increases his poking power and provides crit chance, which when combined with the IE gives him massive damage output from just a rocket-autoattack.

The MPen items are because more than 50% of his damage is magical, so MPen works well on him. Besides, he doesn't autoattack frequently enough to warrant Berserker's Greaves.

How do you not really know or get it? item 3078 - Standard Corki item; was then, still is now. item 3031 - Corki's damage is supported with Sheen procs. Having IE for that extra chance crit shot is pretty efficient item 3094 - Self explanatory; provides extra damage at a safer range and boosts crit item 3020 - Standard Corki boots alongside Zerker Greaves item 3135 - Corki's reworked ability kit is strong on magic damage, specifically in Phosphor Bombs (Q) and I believe Big One shots (R).
