Like cmon, they took out Revive and Clairvoyance

Usually when you take out something, you replace it with something better

The reason Riot decided to remove these SS is because they were probably the most Troll SS anyone can pick when they are going to fuck someone's game up

I think atm summoner 4 and summoner 12 have been the most useful SS in the game that allow Play-making and Out-playing

Instead of just making new Champions and Items for the gameplay, maybe we need a little more Variety to Summoner Spells as well. I like to think of SS as perks we all have to choose from.

summoner 32 and summoner 31 how do Riot have enough time to make 2 SS that are literally the same? These SS are just for Aram anyway so......

I always thought it would be interesting if there was a way of picking and banning summoner spells. I know they are supposed to help shape your strategy and customization of a champ, but what if only one champ on each team could use flash or teleport? What if someone was forced to take Clarity and Ghost and Exhaust. What if you could ban Ignite for the other team? Idk, just thinking out loud.

I think we could use some extra Summoner Spells, too. The problem, I think, is with balancing all the champs around them. I would love to see a summoner spell that interacts with turrets. I feel like the Nexus Siege and Butcher's Bridge game modes kind of tested some extra ideas for diversity like power-ups for turrets, random shields to protect in a zone, upgraded minions, etc. If they could find a way to incorporate these into the game in a way it could eliminate the need for more summoner spells in a way.
