The real question is how did it take the pros this long to realize she has serious uses? :P

That said, consider that this involves nerfs, the old Riot means that would be garenteed.
Nowadays, that line of thought of NUKE IT TILL IT'S DEAD is forbiddon at Riot after they did it to the fan fav Olaf. I will be very surprised if there is a nuking on that level ever again.
