Same SKINS
Why do the same skins always seen to be used?
When you watch people play a certain champ say, Cait, or Ziggs , they always use the same 1 or 2 skins, same with Renekton or Rumble
is there a list of skins you CAN"T use?

I think there is a list of skins that you can't use in lcs, because of clarity issues. Another issue is that some champs (like zac) don't have a skin collection (zac has green and poolparty).
Also some skins are just outright better (super galaxy rumble, the best upgrade from base skin) or are just the player's favorite (Looper likes SSG Singed, because it is his skin)
also I heard a EU commentator say that he hated the Ice Ashe skin because her ULT hit box was bigger then normal.
and every ASHE I saw was using that same skin.
