E-sport rewards and skipping videos?

So I am currently aware of people not getting their rewards for watching pro games. I am wondering though if you are allowed to skip anywhere in the video and still get the rewards though. I have watched all of the LEC games so far and a couple LCK. I constantly skip a few minutes here and there for like openings or interviews. I do have rewards for watching a total of 3 games though. I have noticed that there were 3 games that I had been playing on my screen that were just going as I was preoccupied. Any info?
