What time is the 2015 World Championship?

Do we know what time the 2015 World Championship will be happening in Berlin on Oct. 31st? I am trying to set up a viewing party at a local restaurant, but there appears to be no information whatsoever as to what time the event will be roughly happening.

2015 Worlds - Finals begins at 12:00 PM CET on October 31.
