Leaving a Toxic Game

I think it should be excusable if someone leaves due to another player being toxic/harassment. Sure, you can always mute someone, but you can't mute their in-game actions or their pings. When people are extremely toxic to me, I just want to leave and not have to deal with it. I'm on here to have fun, and if someone is being a blatant ass, I don't think there should be a penalty to remove ourselves from the toxic environment.
