I mean, PawN barely played Talon. He played way more Yasuo that year, I think he played Talon twice only at words. (although not as much as Dade) and even played double his games on Talon as Jayce. The skin doesn't really fit him or his champion pool. I know it can't be changed but its still disappointing. I wish SSB had won so we could have SSB Yasuo.

Muted Summoner2 votes^^ pretty much this. Sometimes the amount of skins or recently released skins will often affect if a champion can get a Team skin to where at times the player will have to pick another or Riot may pick one based on the players history.
YumScrumptious961 votesNo, Faker chose Ahri but Faker was much more known for his Zed thanks to his outplay against Ryu so Riot chose the most popular champion for him. I can't find full evidence but I read somewhere that it seemed like Riot were the ones who decided it.
