So, which NA team is most likely to salvage worlds?
C9, TL, 100T are all looking up at some long odds after playing like trash and going 1-2 ine the first stage of groups. C9 got blasted by RNG and Gen. G and just barely managed to sneak out a win vs VIT. 100T looked pretty solid beating up on G-Rex but was destroyed by FNC and IG. TL was blasted by KT and EDG before, turning around and running over MAD.
They are all on the outside looking in, they all have played terrible, they all are on the ropes facing long odds. Can any of them come back and get to the knockout stage? I'll be honest, it doesn't look good. Anyways, here is what I think, in order of most to least likely.

100T. I still think 100T is the weakest team that NA sent to worlds, and if they want to get out of groups they are going to need to handle GREX again, as well as stepping up and beating FNC. Taking those two matches would likely force a 3-3 tiebreaker with FNC that 100T would have to win. Even though I think that 100T is the worst of the NA representatives at worlds, they also aren't going to have to steal a miracle game away from Korea or China to advance (though with how bad they have looked, managing to beat FNC might qualify as a miracle)

C9. C9 is going to have to snag the huge upset win against Gen. G. and then slip past WIT once more, two wins probably gets them without a tiebreaker (the benifits of three teams sitting an 1-2), but the odds of this C9 squad stealing a game off of the defending world champs seems slim, even if they have looked somewhat mortal. The game against VIT isn't an easy one either.

TL, TL is stuck sitting a game behind EDG, in all likelihood the North american champions are going to have to beat them twice in order to escape group stages. The chances of that happening once are extremely low, the chances of TL doing it a second time in a tiebreaker are almost nonexistent.
