I don't think there is anything at the moment, but is there any incentive beyond bragging rights to win a Fantasy LCS league? I won both of the ones I was a part of, but I hadn't noticed any award.
Maybe there would be some sort of icon or ward skin available in the future for winners?
What does everyone think?
Kinjishi1 votesPersonally, I don't feel a need for a reward from Riot (icon, etc.). When I do March madness with friends, nobody hands out a reward for that. It's for fun and to see how well you can compete against others. It also helps me get into the LCS from a different angle.
TBakes1 votesYeah, I totally understand.
My friends and I play fantasy football on Yahoo, and we put in $25 at the beginning. For a 14-team league, first place wins ~70%, second place wins ~23%, and third gets his money back. That's typically the reward for winning.
Then for the Worlds bracket Riot gave the winning players (ended up being a single player I think) Championship Riven. I was mostly making sure I didn't miss anything with Fantasy LCS. I definitely had fun with it all season, regardless!
