Well, when Kalista is banned every game and Sivir is banned every other game, it's very easy to look like the FotM ADC. She hasn't even seen any buffs, she's just kinda been sitting at where she has been.
No surprise at all. She has been wrecking the Rift since her last buff. It just further proves that infinite resets are horrible for the game.
It just has to do with that hyper scaling ADC's are in right now. So tristana, vayne, kog right now. but due to carry tops some supportive adc's are good too.
