Can't confirm pick em sheet

I made my worlds pick em sheet but i cant confirm it. I can see ''By submitting my entry above, I acknowledge that I have read the Official Rules for the Riot Games Worlds Pick'Em Challenge and agree that I am bound by such Official Rules.'' but i have no way of locking it in and my mission is still locked. Is there a button i can't see or what? Plz help :)
