Client fails to connect. Does anyone else experience this?

Since 9.21 my client is crashing in the loading screen every 4 or 5 games. I tried reinstalling the game and it didn't do anything and it does it to my friends and on my 4 accounts. It's so frustrating because it doesn't show that the client crashed and it just looks like the game stopped loading. If you don't pay attention you will miss the first 2 waves and if you don't join before that you lose the game cause your team remakes and you lose lp + Riot brands you a LEAVER in your match history.

I tried contacting riot to remove the LEAVER and they refused... I didn't even ask to get my LP back! So please Riot fix the launcher, i'm tired of laning from behind because of your client.
