what determines board placement when two teams tie? for example group B had 2 teams end up 2-4 and group D had 2 teams end up 3-3. the reason i ask is because that positioning could be a big factor on points earned if you get those two swapped around.

A tie gives you the full amount of points you would get for picking correctly.
The team's matches against each other determine.
If team A and B are both 2-4, but team A beat team B twice, team A is placed higher.
