Pound for pound, SKT is better than RNG and will get out them to a record fourth Final. While Uzi is having a statistical heyday in a meta that favors the ADC, Bang is not having much of a worse Worlds. Likewise, Xiahou is having a big stat tourny, while we have seen teams have dumped a lot of resources into foiling Faker, only to have taken one game from SKT so far. The stats on Huni and Peanut vs Letme and Mlxg have different highs and lows for each.

When it comes down to it, I think SKT has more ways they can have carry power on their team while you can count on Uzi to be the main focus and the win condition. That gives SKT a dangerous advantage and let them win the series 3-1.

Don't know why this is getting downvoted, because SKT was the weakest #1 group seed. I think both RNG and LZ have a better chance of winning than SKT. The only thing SKT has going for them is that they have won a bunch of times in the past already, but back then they looked a lot more dominant and a lot stronger.
