Question about certain champion skins in the professional scene.

Good Evening.

I've heard tales of how certain skins are not allowed to be played in professional play (namely the LCS) for various kinds of reasons. Well what I want to know is is this true or not, and if it is, well then why? To me personally here I honestly fail to see why any skin at all whatsoever would be banned from competitive play for any reason there really, but that's just me there personally, so there is that at least there now.

There are indeed a few. Those that give an advantage due to visual differences. The two I can think of off the top of my head are Underworld Twisted Fate and Frostfire Annie; Annie's passive charge being difficult to see, and something with TF's cards. You could Google it and it'll probably show up on the lol wiki page.

Spectator readability eh? Huh, well I can't imagine why that would be an issue, but considering that that post was made 2 years ago I imagine that most, if not all, of those issues have been fixed by now. Regardless though, thank you very much for this post, I really appreciate it here.
