So lets assume RNG goes 3/3 and TSM goes 3/3 today. But TSM is 0-2 vs RNG. Do they play a tie breaker? Since RNG beat them every time, would it still go to tie breaker?

Don't listen to the other guy.

There is no tie-breaker if one team has the head-to-head record. In that case, if RNG win vs TSM , they are 2-0 against them and there won't be a tie-breaker.

So in fact, the team that win the last match today is in the quarterfinals and the other is out.
