The ticket is a valid option, player support is always very nice and they will try to help you as much as they can. However, this is a problem they are aware of and working on a fix, so I don't know what player suppot can do for you.
Try loging in to https://watch.euw.lolesports.com/rewards It should display your missions and say everything is ok.
Then watch your game trough this website. You can go to the VODs if you don't want spoilers or to the Schedule.
When it's live you can select either a Youtube player or a Twitch embed player (VODs go to Youtube by default) and when your video begins it should say in a small pop up in the bottom of the page: WATCH REWARDS ARE CORRECTLY SET UP FOR YOUR ACCOUNT
I was watching C9 series live and between games, rewards bug and they recommended refreshing, but VODs don't usually pop this warning.
